Fuel Flap Mechanism Door Latch Gilera Runner - 06

This is held against the inner panel by a gold bracket that keeps it secured to the panel, and the cable inner hooks into it. 

It simply keeps the fuel flap door closed. Then when the key surround is pushed in the latch unhooks it from the door and opens it. 

There is also a spring which goes onto this and sits against the bracket to tension it so it doesnt stick in position
